It’s time to validate those assertions by entering the 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana program. And no matter whether selected for the ultimate honor or not, your company will benefit from valuable feedback on strengths and areas of potential improvement.
As Christopher Day, co-founder and CEO of DemandJump, said earlier this year when asked what he hopes to take away from the program: “There is so much to learn from the Best Places to Work process – about our company, about the economic ecosystem and our state. Most of all, it is continued confirmation that Indiana has all the ingredients to be the epicenter of the great productivity boom.”
The Indiana Chamber, in partnership with the Best Companies Group, is presenting Best Places to Work for the 15th consecutive year. The only requirement for participation is for companies to have a minimum of 15 employees working in the state of Indiana.
Evaluation takes place through two sources – an employer benefits and policies questionnaire and an anonymous employment engagement and satisfaction survey.
Employers receive both the direct feedback of their employees and a comparison to other Best Places to Work applicants. These results can be used to pinpoint areas of future focus.
The list of winners, minus rankings, is revealed in February. The always high-energy awards celebration will take place April 30, 2020 with full coverage of the Best Places to Work honorees in the May-June issue of BizVoice® magazine.
