Indiana INTERNnet’s 13th Annual IMPACT Awards Luncheon is set to take place on February 26 at the Ritz Charles Ballrooms in Carmel. It will focus on celebrating internship excellence, featuring moderated discussions with interns, employers and career development professionals on their best practices.

Indiana INTERNnet is managed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and the program serves as the catalyst for the creation and expansion of experiential learning opportunities, with the goal of retaining the state’s top talent. The IMPACT Awards were launched to celebrate the significance of internships and highlight accomplishments throughout the state.

Awards will be given in the areas of Intern Supervisor of the Year (new category), Intern of the Year (high school, college and non-traditional), Career Development Professional of the Year and Employer of the Year (for-profit and non-profit). The event will provide an excellent opportunity to network with some of the top employers and talent in Indiana.

“We’re excited to see how the IMPACT Awards program has grown over the past 13 years,” says David McKinnis, president of Indiana INTERNnet’s Board of Directors. “It’s important to recognize the wonderful opportunities made possible over the last year for Hoosier students and employers.”

Individual tickets are $50. The deadline to register is February 8. For more information and registration, visit www.indianaintern.net/impact-awards.
