The past year has been jarring enough for businesses of all sizes. Certainly, a fine for an overlooked posting mandate is the last thing needed.
The Indiana Chamber’s mandatory all-in-one state and federal posters were last updated in 2020 to reflect a new Indiana Youth Teen Work Hour Restrictions posting and a federal requirement for many employers to display a poster about the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
A potential barrage of regulatory changes could be on the way in 2021. President Biden’s administration brings a new perspective on these matters that will likely result in poster updates in the near future, according to Kerri Begley, vice president of business education and events.
“We highly recommend our customers join our poster subscription service to stay on top of these requirements and keep their businesses in compliance,” she says.
Hit that ‘subscribe’ button
Tracking poster requirements is not how most Indiana executives, human resources or office managers wish to spend their time. To alleviate this potential headache, the Indiana Chamber offers a subscription service.
Here’s how it works: Become a subscriber (the service is free) and the Indiana Chamber will automatically send you new posters – only when mandatory updates are warranted – with an invoice for the cost of the posters ($40 per poster plus shipping for members).
