Membership in the Indiana Chamber is like adding a new department to your company!

Thousands of member businesses across the state rely on the Indiana Chamber to advocate for their interests on public policy at the Statehouse and in Congress, as well as to provide countless tools for compliance information and visibility. To further help your bottom line, we offer sizeable discount programs – including for various Anthem health care insurance programs and STAPLES® supplies.

Your membership is also 90% tax deductible. Meet your membership team!

Included with your Indiana Chamber membership:

Legislative Advocacy and Return on Investment – The state’s largest broad-based business advocacy organization provides your company with successful legislative action. As a direct result of the Indiana Chamber’s 2017 lobbying efforts, each member company added $587 per employee to its bottom line.

Policy Committee Involvement – Developing and advancing pro-business legislative initiatives begins in the Indiana Chamber’s policy committees. These groups are focused on specific issue areas and are comprised of representatives from the Chamber’s board of directors and member companies. Contact membership@indianachamber.com for more information about participating in this process.

Monthly Policy Calls – Typically occur once a month with a few special editions along the way. The calls last no longer than one hour featuring your questions and comments to Indiana Chamber issue experts and guests. Through these free member-only conference calls, the Chamber educates and involves members on key policy issues.

Employee Training Seminars – Over 50 each year and offered with discounts for members. Topics include human resources, employment law, workplace safety, health care, tax and more. The on-site Indiana Chamber Conference Center hosts most of these programs.

Chamber Helplines – Confidential, FREE answers to your questions on employment law, wage and hour, OSHA, FMLA, worker’s and unemployment compensation, tax law, environmental law and training grants.

Business Research Center – A FREE service that provides sales leads, raw material cost data and marketing consulting. Up to 1,000 sales leads provided a year based on SIC code, location, employee size and volume in sales.

Regulatory Compliance Publications and Mandatory Posters – Numerous plain-English reference guides covering employer’s rights and responsibilities under state and federal employment, safety and health, tax and environmental laws. Offered at significant discount to members, the guides are written by leading Indiana attorneys who understand the issues that Indiana businesses face.

State and federal law requires your company to display up-to-date employee posters. To help you fulfill these requirements, the Indiana Chamber offers a poster set that includes all the mandatory notices. Additionally, our optional poster subscription service automatically ships posters as needed.

Communications/PR Resource Center – A FREE resource for select public relations and communications assistance. Among the offerings: comprehensive media lists, press release samples and social media tips, plus a helpline to answer related questions.

ChamberCare Solutions – Providing the choices you need in today’s health care world, the Indiana Chamber partners with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and other industry leaders. This new innovative collection of offerings – building upon the successful ChamberCare program in place since 2004 – is only available to Indiana Chamber members (outside of Marion County).

All plans comply with the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA) and include: ChamberCare Savings (51-99 employees); ChamberCare Exchange (ACA Compliant Plan); and ChamberCare Business Resources (a professional employer organization administered by Human Capital Concepts).

STAPLES® Advantage – If you are like most businesses, you spend $200-$300 per year for each employee in supplies, $800 in printing and $1,200 in technology. With the Indiana Chamber’s group purchasing program, you can save up to 30% on the supplies you are already purchasing.

Member News – Share what’s going on at your organization on the Indiana Chamber web site. On the Member Spotlight page, tell your company’s story – highlighting your products and services. Also, submit your latest announcement for inclusion in our Member Press Releases.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities – Numerous statewide advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available through BizVoice® magazine, electronic communications, and conferences and special events.
