How does the Indiana Chamber’s certificate of origin process work?
- Register for a new account for your company
- Fill out, sign and return the enrollment form and letter of indemnity received in the confirmation email
- Sign in here to complete a new certificate of origin application and your request will be processed within one business day
- You will receive an email when your application has been processed. If approved, you can view and print from your account (payment required for companies who are not members of the Indiana Chamber). If there was missing or incorrect information in your application, you can fix and resubmit
