Ready for some good news?

The Indiana Chamber’s Twitter account recently hit a 2019 milestone with 19,000 followers (and counting)!

But wait, there’s more!

The Chamber just hosted the largest Best Places to Work program in the country, with 125 companies recognized and over 1,400 people in attendance at the event.

Bonus: The event hashtag – #BPTWIN – was trending on Twitter during the dinner, meaning there were enough people posting with the hashtag that it was searchable by others – a sign that engagement and the quality of posts were high.

How does that impact you or your company? It means that if you’re not already following or engaging with the Indiana Chamber on social media, now is the perfect time to start.

Indiana Chamber members are given additional statewide visibility through our various social media platforms, including TwitterFacebookInstagram, LinkedIn our Blog and YouTube. When you submit your member news or member spotlights, those are posted to some of our platform profiles and companies’ social media accounts are tagged, when possible.

To celebrate all this great news and thank those who have followed us so far, the Indiana Chamber is hosting a social media acceleration initiative with a prize for one person who engages with us through at least three of our posts on the platforms listed above.

In the next week, retweet/share/comment on three Chamber posts of your choice, tag @IndianaChamber and use the hashtag #INChamberContest.

One lucky winner will be chosen at random to receive a $100 Visa gift card.

Contest breakdown:

  • Open to Indiana residents only
  • Participate – with at least three posts on the platform of your choice – no later than May 16
  • Please follow all social media channel rules of engagement

The winner, chosen at random, will need to provide additional information to connect with the Indiana Chamber to receive instructions on how to claim your prize.

Happy posting! If you have any questions, contact Charlee Beasor ([email protected]).
