Fusion: Leading Multigenerational Teams

Indiana INTERNnet is excited to partner with the Shafer Leadership Academy from Muncie to present this interactive workshop. Using an exclusive and interactive Generational Game Board, participants will explore the various social, political and economic influences that shaped the working attitudes of the greatest generation, baby boomers, Generation X, Millennials and now Generation Z.

Supervisors are strongly encouraged to invite their interns to attend. This will create interesting and informative conversation among participants from various generations while enhancing company culture.
