Millions of workers are required to wear respirators in various workplaces throughout the United States. Respirators protect workers against insufficient oxygen environments, harmful dusts, fogs, smokes, mists, gases, vapors, and sprays. Not recognizing the applicability of this broadly applying and complex regulation is why the Respiratory Protection Standard (1910.134) is always among the top 10 most frequently cited standards following workplace OSHA inspections.
Who Should Attend
This new program is designed to for safety managers, safety coordinators, respirator program administrators, those seeking additional clarity on the OSHA regulation’s applicability to their workplace or those employers with an established program who would benefit from a program gap review. Process operations employees, maintenance employees, sanitation employees, site engineers and HR leaders would also benefit from this course.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks prior to the program for a full refund. After this date, no cash refunds will be granted. Substitutions are welcome.
Inclement Weather Policy
If a weather/snow emergency is declared in Marion County, this seminar will be cancelled or postponed. You will receive a refund or your registration may be moved to a new date.
If traveling from outside of Marion County and you are unable to attend the seminar due to inclement weather in your area, please call us at (800) 824-6885. A credit certificate will be issued and can be used toward any future Indiana Chamber regulatory compliance conference for up to one year. This credit is fully transferable within your company.
