Matthew Rust was recently named as one of our 2025 Samuel C. Schlosser Volunteers of the Year. The award is presented to three individuals who helped the Indiana Chamber better serve its members.

Rust, vice president for student navigation and support at Indiana University, helps students explore potential careers that align with their interests – and employers’ needs – through work-based learning. He’s served on the Indiana Chamber’s Institute for Workforce Excellence governing board and advisory council for nearly a decade.
