INDIANAPOLIS – Jenica Rollins has been promoted to Compliance Manager within FORUM’s Auditing Department. She was hired at FORUM in May 2006 and has held several roles including Member Service Agent, ACH Specialist, ACH Team Lead, ACH Supervisor, and Compliance Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, and an Associate of Science in Accounting. In addition, Jenica is a Certified Credit Union Compliance Officer and an Accredited ACH Professional.
Nick Novosel has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Greenfield location. He was hired with FORUM in June 2022 and has served in various roles including Retail Delivery Support Specialist, Manager-in-Training, and Assistant Branch Manager.
