Did you hear the not-so secret news? The 2018 list of Best Places to Work in Indiana companies is the largest in the 13-year history of BPTW Indiana – and one of the biggest such programs in the country.
The recent alphabetical unveiling featured 125 Hoosier employers in four categories. That’s because more organizations than ever applied to gain the valuable feedback that comes from an independent analysis of their workplace cultures. The rankings come May 3 in the always high-energy celebration at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
Who are the 2018 Best Places to Work in Indiana? Here’s a glimpse:
- More than 50 are first-time honorees or returning after at least a year’s absence
- Twenty are Hall of Fame companies (named a Best Place to Work in Indiana at least 60% of the time in the program’s history)
- Two employers – Edward Jones and Katz, Sapper & Miller – have made the list all 13 years
- They represent 25-plus areas throughout the state
