Speak at Indiana Safety and Health Conference

We are no longer seeking speakers for the 2023 Indiana Safety and Health Conference. If you would like to be notified when we are seeking speakers for 2024, please email the following contact info to Jennifer at jgeorge@indianachamber.com:

The due date for the CFP form is August 12, 2022. Due to promotional and continuing education deadlines, late entries will not be considered.

Speaker Payment Policy
No speaker honorarium or fees will be paid to any breakout and/or workshop speaker for this conference. We do not cover meals outside of those provided at the conference, nor provide a per diem.

Speaker Travel Policy
We will provide up to one night (one room per speaker) at the conference hotel only (Hyatt Regency Indianapolis) for speakers traveling from outside of central Indiana. All other travel costs incurred are the responsibility of the speaker.

Speaker Agreement Items

  1. You will not advertise your company/organization during your presentation.
  2. You will meet the deadlines sent to you by the Indiana Chamber staff (unless alternate arrangements are made).
  3. You understand and agree with the travel and honorarium guidelines outlined on the web page at which you found this link.
  4. You will comply with all federal and state regulations regarding any demonstrations/visual aids (if applicable).
  5. You understand that filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot on the conference agenda.
  6. You understand that conference sponsorship does not guarantee you a spot on the conference agenda. (Sponsors are given first consideration, however.)
