Advanced primary care provider Proactive MD is expanding its footprint in Indiana and has named Wes Mantooth as Regional President for the Midwest. Building on his 25-year career in benefits consulting, the Indiana native is charged with growing Proactive MD’s spectrum of care in the Midwest with the highest quality providers and partners, ultimately translating to cost savings for members and employers.
Rooted in its patient-centric mission to provide the best available healthcare while driving down costs, Proactive MD offers Hoosiers additional access to care through its state-of-the-art Health Centers.

A magna cum laude graduate of Indiana State University, Mantooth is heavily involved in youth-focused organizations within the central Indiana community. He is Director of Development at Susie’s Place Child Advocacy Centers and recently served as board chairman. Mantooth has also coached youth sports for several years.
