EPA Proposes to Repeal Greenhouse Gas Regulations for Vehicles
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin announced a proposal last week to rescind the 2009 Endangerment Finding, which serves as the legal basis for federal greenhouse gas regulations under the Clean Air Act.
