Regulatory Leadership Changes Underway in Indiana
Indiana’s utility regulatory framework is entering a period of rapid transition with departures at both the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) and the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC). Trump’s New H-1B Proclamation: What It Means for Indiana Employers
President Donald Trump issued a proclamation on September 19 titled “Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers,” introducing a significant policy change for the H-1B visa program.
