• Share your training and onboarding programs with Trine –TrineOnline accepts on-the-job training and company certifications as course credit hours toward our degree programs. This means less classes for the co-worker to complete their degree, which in turn means less expenses for both the company and the student.
• Learn about Z degrees – TrineOnline offers more than 45 courses with Open Educational Resources (OER), or zero costs for textbooks and materials. In fact, we offer two Z degrees with no costs throughout the entire program.
• Check out our combined degree programs –With these TrineOnline programs, students can complete both a bachelor and master degree in as few as four years. This means fewer classes are needed, in turn meaning lower reimbursement expenses for your company.
• Utilize available grants and scholarships – There are a number of resources available, and Trine helps connect individuals with these reimbursement expenses altogether. For example, through an Indiana Work One initiative, employees can receive grant money to complete certain degree programs at little to no charge. TrineOnline has eleven associate and bachelor’s degree programs approved for funding under this program.
