Three I Engineering, Inc.
Three I Engineering has over 50 people, many of whom are licensed architects, engineers and land surveyors, dedicated to offering a full in-house building design team service for owners and contractors. The firm was established in 1976 in Evansville to serve the local industry’s engineering needs. We have since grown to serve the Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois tri-state area, and on a national and international basis at clients’ request. Our primary clients are in the heavy industries (power plants, metal foundries), manufacturing (nutritional products, pharmaceuticals, plastics, automotive), health care (medical clinics, hospital renovations and expansions) and surveying (topographical, boundary, legal).
Three I Engineering offers building owners a design service that can tap a talented pool of design professionals that can vary with the project’s scope of work. Our design disciplines include: architecture; land surveying; structural, civil, mechanical, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical power distribution and lighting engineering. Additional services include manufacturing process design, security and communications design, PLC programming and paint finishing systems design.
