We are a technology-based B2B engineering and manufacturing firm, founded in 1969. We are the only privately held manufacturer of a full line of building automation and control products for commercial facilities. Despite our diminutive size (approximately 200 employees), we compete on the world stage with names like Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, and Schneider Electric. We go to market through distinct distribution channels: OEM (or other manufacturers), contractors (system integrators, controls contractors, mechanical contractors), and wholesale distributors.
Pneumatic, analog electronic, and digital hardware and software designed to control various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and institutional facilities. Full building automation systems deliver relevant data on building performance (comfort, energy usage, air quality, etc.) and make this data available through operator workstations or web-enabled devices.
