In January 1990, International Medical Group®, Inc. (IMG®) opened its doors in Indianapolis as a managing general underwriter, marketing and administrative company offering health, life, travel and indemnity insurance to the international community. Our philosophy was to provide agent-friendly products that were simply underwritten and supported by high administrative standards. After 20 years and under the leadership of Joseph Brougher, this philosophy remains intact.
IMG has established an international reputation for excellence by providing medical and related international insurance products to individuals, families and groups in more than 170 countries.
