Energy Impact is a utility management and auditing firm. Our focus is on making a positive contribution to energy reduction and green initiatives, and our main expertise is in reducing our clients’ utility costs (any combination of electric, gas, water/sewer, telecom and waste removal). We work with many large manufacturers, distributors, grocers, hospitals, etc., to help them save money on utility spend. We’ve developed a 31-point audit of our clients’ utility costs. We look at and do an analysis of our clients’ utility systems, agreements, facilities, services, providers, equipment, invoices, etc., to look for cost saving opportunities. We also seek recoveries, tax exemptions, refunds and incentives on our clients’ behalves.
