The Indiana Chamber was among the state, regional, local and metro chambers of commerce that recently signed a coalition letter in support of H.R. 1163, the Prove It Act of 2025.
The letter urges the U.S. House of Representatives to consider and pass the legislation to strengthen the Regulatory Flexibility Act and bolster the voice of small business in our nation’s capital. H.R. 1163 would close loopholes and bring more transparency to the true costs of red tape on America’s innovators, job creators and community builders
