Program Information
This high-impact, one-day training session will give you a comprehensive look at the entire Recordkeeping and Reporting Systems based on OSHA’s Guidelines for a good Safety and Health Management System. Recordkeeping is not just about the OSHA 300 log – there are many types of records that should be maintained to be compliant and to be used in sustaining a good safety and health program. Through hands-on training, we will present an overview of what is required and recommended.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. A $25 administrative fee per person will be charged for all cancellations prior to two weeks out from conference date. Cancellations received within two weeks of the conference date are non-refundable and will be issued a credit certificate, less a $50 cancellation fee. Credits can be used toward any future Indiana Chamber conference for up to one year. Credit is fully transferable. Substitutions are welcome at any time, but requested in advance of the event.
