(INDIANAPOLIS) — Hoosier business leaders are invited to join the Indiana Chamber of Commerce this fall in the nation’s capital.

The organization’s D.C. INsider trip (formerly known as the D.C. Fly-in) is a two-day forum October 7-8 that connects Indiana’s business community with the people and policies impacting their companies and organizations.

A highlight of the event is a breakfast panel discussion with Indiana’s congressional delegation moderated by Gerry Dick, host and founder of Inside Indiana Business.

“With all that’s happening on the federal front, the business community’s involvement has never been more important,” says Indiana Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “We’re asking attendees to bring their thoughts, concerns and encouragements on the busy federal scene, including legislation, tariffs, executive orders, rulemaking and more.”

Featured sessions include a policy roundtable with Indiana delegation chiefs of staff and legislative directors, and segments on the CHIPS Act, defense realignment and more.

Attendees can also take part in a twilight tour of the U.S. Capitol with U.S. Rep. Rudy Yakym (IN-02).

Register for the event online at www.indianachamber.com/dc. The Embassy Suites by Hilton D.C. Convention Center is the official hotel for the D.C. INsider gathering. To receive the Indiana Chamber rate, attendees should reserve their rooms by September 7 (subject to availability).

The D.C. Insider is supported by gold sponsor CLEAR; silver sponsors Indiana American Water, The Heritage Group, Eli Lilly and Company, and Zimmer Biomet; and contributing sponsor Hoosier Energy.
