Education Workforce Innovation Network (EWIN) will host its annual Career Pathway Summit Monday, June 24 for representatives of education, business, economic/workforce development and communities across the state.

“Navigating the Career Pathway Landscape: Using Innovation, Data and Collaboration to Meet Local Education-Workforce Needs” is this year’s theme. The conference will showcase Indiana community partnerships that have built innovative career pathways ranging from cybersecurity academies to advanced manufacturing that meet local workforce needs.

Panels and keynote speakers will include key leaders of state agencies involved in workforce/talent development, apprenticeships and career technical education. Breakout sessions will feature successful local education, employer and community leaders who will share their experiences and victories implementing innovative models, using data to measure their impact and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

Facilitated roundtable discussions will provide participants the opportunity to network with others around the topics of innovation, data and collaboration. Participants will leave the Summit with actionable next steps and solutions to potential barriers as well as a strengthened network with others invested in education-workforce issues.
