They say the “best” is yet to come.
Cue the cartwheels, cheers and excited gasps as the state’s top employers are honored at the 17th Annual Best Places to Work in Indiana Dinner at the Indiana Convention Center on May 12. Who will be recognized and where will they rank? Tell your story and help shape the outcome by participating.
Nominations for the 2022 program are open! The deadline is December 3.
No one can tell your organization’s story better than you and your employees. The Best Places to Work program, a project of the Indiana Chamber in partnership with Workforce Research Group, provides a platform to do just that! The process consists of an employer assessment exploring policies and practices as well as an employee feedback survey.
Honorees (no rankings yet but much fanfare) are unveiled in February.
Eligible employers must have a physical operation in Indiana, at least 15 full-time employees working in the state and have been in business for at least one year. ALL participants will receive valuable information through an online interactive reporting tool called the Employee Feedback Data Dashboard.
“ ‘Empower’ is a word we hear time and again from participants – companies and employees,” emphasizes Kerri Begley, Chamber vice president of business education and events. “Listening to what employees say is a great way to boost morale as well as retain and attract talent.”
