In Beyond Entrepreneurship 2.0, author James Collins says that “disciplined people with disciplined thought lead to disciplined action.” Combine that with the Indiana Fever process of the “three C’s – Commit, Compete and Contribute – and you have a winning combination.

Allison Barber, Fever president and COO, joins the IN Chamber to discuss activities on and primarily off the court. A new Athlete to Advocate program gives players a way to expand their impact in the community on the causes they care about most. This first trial run of the college certificate program may lead to expansion within the WNBA and beyond.

In the return to Bankers Life Fieldhouse this season, Barber says to be ready for a fast-tempo, defensive-minded team approach that will be fun to watch. At the end of the day, members of the Fever will be contributing in all aspects of the game and in their off-court pursuits.
