(INDIANAPOLIS) — With workforce needs evolving quickly across the state, the 2026 Indiana Workforce Summit will help employers and community leaders better understand what’s changing – and how to respond with strategies that strengthen their talent pipeline.

Hosted by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Indiana Workforce Alliance, the two-day event is presented by Google and takes place October 14-15 at the Wyndham Indianapolis Airport hotel. The program will focus on innovative solutions to Indiana’s workforce development challenges, including education and training alignment, AI’s impact on jobs and workforce systems, work-based learning, labor market information and policies that support a more skilled workforce.

The summit is designed for policy leaders, HR professionals, business owners, education and training partners, economic development professionals and others focused on building stronger workforce systems. Attendees also will have opportunities to connect during the Indiana Workforce Networking Reception and recognize outstanding leadership at the Dan Elsener Workforce Leader of the Year Awards Luncheon.

“A highly skilled workforce is essential to Indiana’s long-term economic competitiveness and central to the goals of our Indiana Prosperity 2035 vision plan,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “This summit brings together a broad group of stakeholders who can help turn ideas into action and drive meaningful progress for businesses and communities statewide.”

The agenda will feature sessions on the federal and state policy landscape; state strategy and economic context; talent development and education alignment; service delivery and participant success; innovation and the future of work, and more.

Registration is $399 for both days or $249 for one day. Register at www.indianachamber.com/conferences.
