(INDIANAPOLIS) — It’s not an overstatement to say Indiana’s workforce will ultimately be the key to its future. Next month, stakeholders are invited to forge connections at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Indiana Workforce Summit. The two-day event features discussions concerning aligning education and training with industry needs to build a highly skilled workforce.

Experts from industry, education and government will share insights on creating coordinated and future-ready workforce systems that benefit individuals, businesses and Indiana’s broader economy.

The conference is presented in partnership with the Indiana Workforce Alliance and takes place October 23-24 at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. The content is geared toward policy leaders, human resources personnel and consultants, business owners, personnel managers, employee relations specialists and many more.

“This summit is an ideal way to bring together key stakeholders to connect, inform and learn from each other and put ideas into action to further build Indiana’s talent pipeline,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders.

The agenda will feature sessions on helping young people thrive; keeping pace with innovation, career navigation in the age of artificial intelligence; untapped talent pipelines; cross-sector partnerships and training veterans to maximize their potential.

Registration is $399 for both days or $249 for one day. Register at www.indianachamber.com/conferences.
