FITT, a leading global group established in Italy in 1969 – and today a Certified B Corporation – is a pioneer in the production and development of solutions for the transfer of fluids for domestic, professional and industrial applications. For over 50 years, FITT has been developing high-tech solutions that guarantee our customers reliability, safety, top-level performance and ease of use. With its headquarters in Sandrigo (Vicenza), FITT has a revenue of around 300 million Euro, exports to 100 countries, has 1,150 employees, 15 production sites (9 in Italy, 5 in Europe and 1 in the USA), 16 logistics sites worldwide and 6 subsidiaries.

FITT’s American dream, which began in 2017 with a market study, became a business strategy with a trading company in 2020 and has now turned into a full-fledged business with headquarters in Anderson, Indiana. The new HQ has developed productions designed specifically for the USA, as it is not a simple export market but a strategic development area for FITT Group.

The steady double-digit growth in revenue could no longer be sustained by production in Italy: the local plant will reduce the environmental impact caused by the transport of goods and provide better service to customers.

With this in mind, FITT chose to regenerate a “brownfield” of 120,000 sqm, a disused industrial site formerly housing General Motors, making the most of its characteristics and geographical location through major redevelopment and without further land consumption.

By 2027, FITT USA will have five production lines and about 110 employees.

Our new location in Anderson, Indiana will enable the company to guarantee its customers the same level of service that FITT has been able to offer to its European customers for over 50 years.
