An esteemed list of lawmakers continues to be assembled to address attendees at the Indiana Chambers’s Congressional Fly-in events to be held in October. This year’s presentation features a new twist as Hoosier delegation members will come home to discuss key issues with business leaders at two regional settings: Fort Wayne and Terre Haute. A third installation for the rest of the state will be a virtual event. The gatherings will allow attendees to hear from and connect directly with Indiana’s D.C. decision-makers without having to make the trip to Washington. All are free of charge and open exclusively to members of the Indiana Chamber and local chambers.
“We’re excited to once again connect the state’s business leaders with our congressional delegation,” relays Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “Either in person or online, we’re pleased to be the collaborator in helping our members share their concerns and successes and hear from Indiana’s federal legislative leaders.”
Join the Indiana Chamber to display the powerful voice of the business community and to highlight what public policies are important to the state’s collective prosperity.
The Terre Haute event will take place Tuesday, October 8 at 10 a.m. at Thompson Thrift. The virtual webinar will take place on Friday, October 11 at 11 a.m., and the Fort Wayne Fly-in will take place in person on October 15 at 3 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn.
The D.C. Fly-in is supported by silver sponsors Ambassador Enterprises, LLC and Indiana American Water; and contributing sponsors Hoosier Energy and Indiana State University.
