The Indiana Workforce Mental Health Survey is underway, and we encourage all Hoosier employers to take the time to complete it. This survey is a key component in the Wellness Council of Indiana and Indiana Chamber being able to provide the best possible assistance to businesses.
The online survey will assess business perceptions, attitudes, knowledge and current practices as they relate to addressing mental health and substance misuse among the workforce. The accompanying report will also evaluate the relationships between employer policies and practices and social determinants of health concerns among the workforce.
The Wellness Council, in partnership with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and partner organizations across the state, continue to lead efforts to collect data that supports the overall goal of increasing a healthy, employable and drug-free workforce.
The anonymous survey is open through October and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
