This month, the Indiana Chamber marked a century of working to better the state’s business climate through legislative advocacy, business education and various affiliates and programs.
A concurrent resolution honoring the Chamber’s 100 years of service to the business community is expected to be read in the Indiana Senate on Monday not long after convening at 1:30 p.m. The livestream of the Senate floor can be viewed on the General Assembly web site. The House will take up the resolution thereafter. All four caucus leaders are co-authoring the resolution. Indiana Chamber Board Chairman John Thompson, of First Electric Supply in Indianapolis, and Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar will give brief remarks.
Previously, the Chamber announced its celebration plans and formally unveiled a commemorative logo.
