Informing providers and policymakers about the workforce training needs of employers is an important ongoing mission. The Indiana Chamber, Indiana Economic Development Corporation, IndyChamber, EmployIndy and Ascend Indiana are partnering on this short survey of Indiana public, private and nonprofit employers of all sizes and across all industries.
The 2021 Employer Training Survey is aimed at illuminating statewide trends to help us better understand the scope of employer-provided training structures and barriers before and during COVID-19.
The aggregate findings from the research will be made public this summer. They will focus on needed investments in and supports for various forms of work-based learning. The survey will close on April 19.
