Shine the spotlight on a valuable member of your team who has strategically helped your organization attract talent and develop its workforce with a nomination for the 2018 Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year Award.

This annual award recognizes a full-time human resources professional who has made significant contributions to his or her organization through implementing best practices, organization design and effectiveness, and aligning the company’s strategic direction.

Nominees also should have a proven track record of giving back to the community and the human resources profession.

The deadline for 2018 nominations is March 2. Self-nominations and nominations by a peer, subordinate, supervisor or other person are accepted. All nominations must be accompanied by a sponsorship letter from the nominee’s organization.

The 2018 award winner will be announced during the 54th Annual Human Resources Conference & Expo in Indianapolis on May 9.

Download the award nomination form at www.indianahrconf.com/award. Contact Jesse Brothers at (317) 264-7549 or by email with questions.
