USO of Indiana: Launches New Partnership with Crash Beds (Indianapolis)

2017-11-06T13:56:54+00:00 November 6th, 2017|

The USO of Indiana is proud to announce a new promotional partnership with Crash Beds in Indianapolis. Crash Beds is an Indianapolis based veteran owned and operated company founded with a purpose: to provide high-quality bedding at the lowest cost in the market. Their business model allows them to maintain affordable prices for luxury mattresses with a great set of options. They specialize in hybrid mattresses with comfort levels from plush to firm, and offer the opportunity to completely customize your mattress for one or both sleepers if each has a different comfort preference.

Now through December 31, 2017 Crash Beds will donate $25 to the USO of Indiana from the sale of each mattress sold.

Crash Beds was co-founded by Brandon Landes and Matt Street. The two are not new to making beds – prior to launching Crash Beds, both worked for Tempur Sealy International, with Street serving as Director of Manufacturing and Landes managing production for one of the largest bedding factories in the world prior.  The founders’ mission is to help people achieve a healthier and more productive life with better sleep, and do it while saving consumers money at the same time.  Pairing their bedding knowledge with flexible manufacturing techniques and a limited selection of standard options, they can reduce prices and give customers exactly what they want.

Charles Ridings, Executive Director, USO of Indiana, commented about the program, “We are proud to partner with Crash Beds for this charitable giving promotional program. As a veteran owned company, the great team at Crash Beds understands the important work we do in supporting of our service members and their families.”

Brandon Landes, Co-Founder, who spent eight years in the United States Army serving his country prior to working for Tempur-Sealy remarked, “we’re excited to embark on this partnership with the USO of Indiana. I received such great support from the USO during my service, and we are honored to donate a portion of our sales to the USO of Indiana.”  The USO of Indiana strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation.

About the USO of Indiana

The USO of Indiana strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation.

The USO of Indiana has kept our military men and women connected to the people, places and things they love throughout their time of service- no matter where, how long, or under what conditions they serve. We were founded in preparation of World War II by leaders who understood that maintaining high morale in a fighting force is vital to a nation’s military success. Over time the USO of Indiana has become the vital bridge between Americans and their military service members.

The USO of Indiana is a family of volunteers, sustained by the charitable contributions of generous citizens, businesses and organizations. We are united in our commitment to keep our military members connected to the things they hold dearest and we do this through countless acts of caring, comfort, connection and support every day. Our work is America’s most powerful expression of gratitude to the men and women who secure our nation’s freedoms.
