STAR Bank welcomes Jim Cook as north region president.
Cook, a well-established banking leader, brings nearly 40 years of financial experience and is both FINRA Series 79 and 63 certified. Most recently, he served as Market Executive/Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase. He has vast banking experience having led numerous commercial teams throughout the years at Chase and at Bank One.

Cook attended Indiana University, and he currently serves as an active board member of the Allen County Fort Wayne Improvement Board of Managers, Greater Fort Wayne Inc., the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
His predecessor, Joe Martin, retired earlier this year after nearly 40 years with STAR.
