STAR Bank has hired Jill Hill as Director of Analysis & Insights.
In this role, Jill will be responsible for leading STAR’s intensified focus on business and data analysis, ensuring consistency, repeated best practices, innovation, and data-informed decision-making to extended across the organization.
Hill has spent over 30 years in the financial industry, all with JP Morgan Chase in Indianapolis, where she held a variety of leadership roles in commercial banking, merger readiness and business analysis.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Baltimore.
Hill has spent time serving as a board member with the Midwest Academy in Carmel, an intentional educational community serving students in grades 3-12 with ADD/ADHD, language-based learning differences, high functioning autism and processing challenges. She was also on the finance committee at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Indianapolis and on the membership committee with the United Way of Central Indiana.
