STAR Bank welcomes Marquisha Bridgeman as Indianapolis-based Community Relations Manager.

Maximizing STAR’s new 12,500 square-foot financial center on Monument Circle, Bridgeman will strategically execute community and employee engagement across the Indianapolis region. Specifically, Bridgeman will identify high-impact sponsorships and new collaborative business partnerships.

Bridgeman has over 10 years of community engagement and marketing experience, along with strong relationships throughout central Indiana. Prior to joining STAR, Bridgeman was the senior director of community engagement for The Mind Trust. Bridgeman also directed marketing and communications for Goodwill Industries of Central and Southern Indiana’s education initiatives. She is an Indianapolis native and began her career in education and community engagement working for Mayor Bart Peterson.

Bridgeman is currently working on her Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership and Design from the University of Indianapolis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and human resource management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. She is an active volunteer on committees for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Youth Development Advisory Board and is on the board of directors for Indiana Youth Institute.
