FORT WAYNE – STAR Bank would like to announce the promotion of Matt Singleton to Senior Vice President of Operations.
In his role, Singleton will oversee the Deposit Services, Loan Services, Payment Services and Business Solutions Support departments where he will lead initiatives related to payments and treasury services while taking on the transformation and modernization of the broader operational teams. He will spend time in both the Fort Wayne headquarters and Indianapolis Monument Circle offices.
Singleton has been with STAR Bank since 2019 and has been in banking since 2008. He also played baseball professionally in the Oakland A’s organization. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
He spends his time serving many community organizations including serving on the board of the Eastern Hancock Education Foundation and volunteering with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity. He is also a middle school baseball and girls basketball coach.
