The Indiana Chamber’s TikTok Small Business of the Year Award celebrates the state’s small business sector and the important role the sector plays in Indiana’s overall prosperity. Nominations can come from the small business itself or an outside organization or state lawmaker.

Hoosier companies with 100 employees or fewer are eligible
Ideal nominees would exhibit:
- Outstanding business success
- Strong community engagement
- Demonstrated commitment to employees
- Ongoing local or state chamber of commerce involvement
