Visitors can sip, savor and shop at the Indiana State Museum’s new event

INDIANAPOLIS – Visitors can indulge their inner child and celebrate the holiday season like never before at Sippin’ with Santa, a new adults-only event at the Indiana State Museum.

From 7-11 p.m. on Dec. 7, attendees can explore a winter wonderland filled with festive food and drinks, entertainment, holiday shopping and more.

Sippin’ with Santa puts an exciting twist on the museum’s Celebration Crossing holiday experience. Adults can recapture the holiday magic of their youth as they climb aboard the Snowfall Express for an enchanting train ride through a wintertime forest where whimsical critters play in the snow. Afterwards, guests can see the magnificent 92 County Tree and peek inside the L.S. Ayres holiday window displays from years gone by.

This exclusive event will also feature multiple vendors offering a variety of unique holiday gifts, making it the perfect opportunity for visitors to check off items from their shopping list. Plus, Santa will make appearances throughout the evening as visitors indulge with delicious holiday appetizers and specially crafted cocktails.

For those looking to upgrade their experience, VIP ticket holders will also enjoy access to a private lounge with additional food and drinks as well as other perks.

As a fundraising event, Sippin’ with Santa supports the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites’ efforts to create immersive experiences, engaging events and educational programs for visitors of all ages.

Sippin’ with Santa is for adults ages 21 and older. General admission tickets for Sippin’ with Santa are $50 for members and $75 for non-members. VIP tickets are $125 per person. Space is limited, and tickets are available at IndianaMuseum.org until Nov. 30.
