Dr. Moore is a professor and researcher in the areas of public finance and health economics whose interests include understanding illicit drug markets and risky behaviors.
At the PURCE luncheon he will discuss current trends in the opioid crisis, the shift from misuse of prescription opioids to use of illicit opioids like heroin and fentanyl, and what policy options we have in response to the most recent problems.
