Moisture Management, LLC, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is launching a new Parking & Paving Division to complement our existing Roof Consulting and Building Envelope Divisions. In support of the new division, Moisture Management is offering a new program, called Parking P.A.S.S., with the initials standing for Professional Assessment, Service, and Strategy. Under this new program, Moisture Management will provide impartial parking audits, assist with long-term strategic cost planning, and establish pro-active maintenance programs to keep parking lots and garage structures in good working condition, while maximizing our clients’ return on investment.
The new Parking & Paving Services Division fits nicely into Moisture Managements’ strengths of performing impartial and detailed assessments, creating comprehensive scopes of work for defects, providing long-term budgeting and expenditure plans, and focusing on pro-active maintenance. The new Parking & Paving Division will officially begin operations in June of 2018 and will service the entire state of Indiana.
Moisture Management, founded in 2004, provides comprehensive roof consulting services, building envelope investigations and forensics, and mold and water damage response. Their clients include numerous Indiana school districts, property management firms, and private companies.
