ELKHART – Heart City Health is proud to announce the appointment of LaLaesha Black as its new Chief Executive Officer. Black, who has been a dedicated leader within the organization for nearly a decade, most recently served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020.

As COO, Black strengthened Heart City Health’s operations by managing funding, leading business development and marketing, and overseeing key departments like facilities, IT/HIT, and operations. She served as project manager for the development of the new Dental and Women’s Health sites, co-authored the NACHC COO Competencies Tool, and contributed to the creation of Indiana PCA’s Clinically Integrated Network.
