FORUM Credit Union Announces Board Election Results and Honors Longtime Director at Annual Meeting

INDIANAPOLIS – FORUM Credit Union held its annual meeting on Thursday, February 26th, where members gathered to participate in the election of board members. The organization is pleased to announce the re-election of Kevin Hunt and Donna Wilkinson to the Board of Directors. In addition, FORUM warmly welcomes Daniel Huge as its newest board member. The Credit Union is also proud to introduce Ryan Hermann as the newly elected member of the Supervisory Committee.

After 15 years of dedicated service, John Gallina has retired from FORUM’s Board of Directors. First elected as a volunteer in 2011, John’s leadership, financial expertise, and unwavering commitment have greatly contributed to the growth and success of the cooperative. He has been a passionate advocate for FORUM’s mission of “Helping Members Live Their Financial Dreams,” embodying this purpose through his stewardship and guidance. In recognition of his lasting impact, FORUM will honor John with a commemorative paver in the Headquarters courtyard.

FORUM’s Board of Directors is composed of dedicated volunteers who serve the Credit Union by overseeing management’s operations to ensure compliance with the Indiana Financial Institutions Act, regulations of the National Credit Union Administration, and the highest standards of sound business practice. Their commitment helps maintain FORUM’s strong foundation and unwavering focus on serving members and the community.
