Flagship Enterprise Center has chosen six contestants for their new event, called “Flagship Pitch Anderson.” Flagship Pitch Anderson is a business competition open to for-profit business owners who want to expand their current products or services within the City of Anderson. At this event, entrepreneurs will pitch to a panel of judges for a chance to win a prize package that will help them fund and implement their ideas. The pitch competition will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at their location on 2705 Enterprise Drive.

The following six businesses will be pitching their expansion ideas at Flagship on February 23rd: Women’s Wellness Clinic, The Toast Cafe, LivRite, E Cubed Performance, Cultured Urban Winery, and BYOB Build Your Own Burrito. The Flagship Pitch Anderson event is sponsored by STAR Financial Bank, the City of Anderson, Anderson University, Element212, ProjectionHub, and Bankable.

Flagship Enterprise Center CEO & President, Terry Truitt, is eager to see the impact of this event, noting,

“With several strong applicants for the pitch event, it is clear that the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in Anderson. Our hope is that this event will encourage others in the community to take that risk and start businesses of their own, too.”

Flagship invites the Anderson and surrounding community to come watch local business owners as they compete for a chance to grow their efforts in Anderson.
