BERNE – First Bank of Berne is excited to announce the addition of Joe Davis as its new Corporate Trainer. Joe, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University Fort Wayne, joins the bank with a passion for fostering growth and development within the organization. Although new to the banking industry, Joe is eager to make an impact and help FBB’s employees enhance their skills, advance their careers, and further support the community.
Joe is a graduate of Bishop Luers High School and resides in the local area with his wife Emily and their two sons, Judah and Levi. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an active member of the community. He has served as an emcee for numerous fundraising events supporting education, theater, show choir, and sports programs.

With less than a year of experience in banking, Joe has already found a home at First Bank of Berne.
