Our customers trust us with protected data and the annual SOC2 audit independently verifies the existence and effectiveness of our administrative and technical controls. It’s a de facto standard for any organization that processes, and stores protected and/or regulated data (e.g. Health, Financial or Taxpayer Information). Fineline began its journey in 2017 by hiring a full-time Director of Compliance and Security to oversee our processes and lead our SOC2 Certification. Since then, all Fineline employees are required to have background checks and participate in yearly training in Fraud Waste and Abuse (FWA), Privacy, and HIPAA. Adding the SOC2 certification is one more step for Fineline to ensure the data security and compliance our customers have come to expect and help them enhance their trust in Fineline.
