Fi3 Financial Advisors is pleased to announce that Matt Simpson and Sam Muse have been promoted to Partner. Both were previously Directors at the firm.

Matt Simpson, Partner

Matt Simpson joined Fi3 in May of 2016 bringing valuable experience in the wealth management industry and tax experience in public accounting. He earned a B.A. in accounting from Franklin College and is a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, and holds the Series 65 license. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.

Prior to joining Fi3, Simpson worked at Oxford Financial Group, EY, and Andersen. Simpson lives on the north side of Indianapolis with his wife, Sarah, and their two sons. He enjoys playing tennis, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Sam Muse, Partner

Sam Muse joined Fi3 in January of 2015 bringing a unique combination of tax experience in public accounting and corporate finance experience. He is a graduate of the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, where he earned a degree in accounting and management. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, and holds the Series 65 license. Muse is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.

Muse is an active community participant and board member for several nonprofit organizations focused on children. Muse is also a past elder and chair of the Finance & Investment Committee for his church. He lives on the north side of Indianapolis with his wife, Laura, and their rambunctious dog.

Both Sam and Matt have advised individuals and families across the U.S., including corporate executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family members of inherited wealth.
