Program Information
To be a better manager, it all starts with an inward focus—understanding your role as a manager in an organization and with your team. In this session, you’ll gain self-awareness, practice foundational skills, develop personal resilience, and learn how to communicate more assertively.
In order to achieve results, you’ll also learn to balance self-management with managing the individuals on your team and how to align your employees around a common direction, set goals, give effective feedback, and keep employees on track.
To lead teams toward organizational goals, you’ll learn strategies to create greater team cohesion and a positive team culture, manage through inevitable conflicts, navigate through change and uncertainty, and master the skill of coaching to tap into the potential within every team member.
